1. Agreement

By registering for Mystery Ads you confirm that you have read these Terms of Service, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not register or use this service.

Unless you have received prior written permission from Mystery Ads, you may only register for one Mystery Ads account. Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage will result in permanent removal of all associated accounts.

You may not promote Mystery Ads in any way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral link and promotional materials through traffic exchanges, safelists, and advertising programs that explicitly allow it. Spam complaints will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal action.

Members are entirely responsible for the content they promote using Mystery Ads. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to advertise any URL and its contents. Mystery Ads is not responsible for copyright infringement, violation of third-party agreements, or any other legal issues arising from content you submit.

Content Suitability & Approval:

Mystery Ads is a privately operated, general-audience advertising service. An advertisement does not have to be illegal, fraudulent, or specifically named elsewhere in these Terms in order to be rejected. Mystery Ads may reject, pause, suspend, edit, or remove advertising that we consider inappropriate, hostile, questionable, unsuitable for our audience, inconsistent with the character of the service, likely to create complaints or unnecessary conflict, or harmful to the security, reputation, operation, or community atmosphere of Mystery Ads.

Mystery Ads may consider the overall context, repeated submissions, prior conduct, prior moderation history, and patterns of behavior when deciding whether an advertisement or destination violates these rules. Prior approval does not guarantee continued approval if the advertisement, destination, circumstances, or these Terms later change.

Advertising approval is at the discretion of Mystery Ads. Not every possible reason for rejection can be listed in these Terms, and approval does not transfer responsibility for the advertisement to Mystery Ads.

4. Credits & Piggybank

Surfing credits are earned by viewing other members' advertisements and may only be used to purchase impressions for your own banner ads on this platform. Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.

Piggybank funds are on-site currency used to purchase advertising services (impressions, login ads, promo code packs). Piggybank balances cannot be withdrawn or transferred. Only earned commissions from referral upgrades may be requested as a cash payout, subject to minimum amounts and monthly limits set by Mystery Ads.

5. Commissions & Payouts

Commissions are earned when your referred members purchase a paid membership. Payout requests are processed manually within 1–7 business days. Mystery Ads reserves the right to withhold commissions if fraudulent activity is suspected. Maximum 2 payout requests per calendar month per account.

6. Account Termination

Mystery Ads reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or behavior deemed harmful to the community. Terminated accounts forfeit all credits, piggybank balances, and pending commissions.

7. Refund Policy

There are no refunds. All sales are final. Please review all purchases carefully before completing them.

8. Changes to Terms

Mystery Ads reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
